All prices include the removal of the existing water heater.

 

Gas water heaters must have a valve type shut off located at the water heater. If there is not one, the cost to install one is $35.00

 

All prices are based on the assumption that your existing water heater was installed to current building codes. If it is found to not be, the new water heater will be.

 

All prices are based on your current water heater being located in a garage, or first-floor room. If it is currently located in an attic or second floor, there will be a $75.00 charge for an additional helper to get the old heater down and the new heater up.

 

If a new metal drain pan is needed, the cost will be $125.00

 

If a new metal pan is needed and drain piping is required, we will pipe up to 20’ of 1”pvc and the cost will be $210.00

 

If any trim or molding is needed to be removed to get the old heater out or new heater in, we will replace it as best as possible, but will not be responsible for new caulking or painting.

Fee for Plumbing/Gas permit will be $125.00
